Welcome to our new math blog! We will share announcements and links to interesting resources as we find them.

It's one of the most common problems of practice teachers face. Students often forget what they have learned in what seems like a very quick amount of time. This is because students tend to remember what they think about and forget what they don’t think about.

We are in the process of designing our curriculum to solve two big problems we see with mathematics curriculum.
The first problem is that teachers, who have limited time to prepare lessons, are often forced to grab resources from Google and Pinterest. This leads to a potentially incoherent experience for children and more work for teachers.
The second problem is that many mathematics curricula are inflexible. One cannot easily substitute one lesson for another nor is it particularly straight-forward to insert lessons, selected in response to observed student need, into the middle of a sequence of lessons.
